Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt unless marked as final sale at time of purchase. Returns must include the original packing slip (or a print of the email confirmation). Circle the items being returned and a note that you are requesting refund. 

Customers may initiate up to four (4) returns within a six (6) month period. After this limit is reached, any additional return requests within that timeframe will be automatically rejected.

If you exceed this limit and need to make an additional return, please contact [email protected] for review and approval prior to sending your item(s) back.

This policy does not restrict your ability to continue making purchases, but is intended to ensure responsible return practices and prevent abuse of our return system.

To initiate a return on an international order, please visit our international returns portal.

All orders placed with standard shipping are processed to ship within 2 to 4 US business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Overnight orders placed AFTER 3pm Eastern/12 Noon Pacific are processed to ship the following business day (Mon. - Fri.).

UPS overnight arrives next BUSINESS DAY (excludes weekends). UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.

Flat rate shipping takes 4 to 6 US BUSINESS days once shipped.

After you place your order, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email.


Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.


If you haven’t received your tracking email yet, don’t worry — we’re working on getting your order ready!

We’re happy to help with cancellations as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

You can use your points at Checkout to redeem discounts! 

Checkout Instructions: Once logged in and ready to check out, on the right-hand side you'll see a drop-down menu underneath your cart total [above the "Gift card or discount code" field]. 

Select the Reward you would like to redeem, and click "Apply".  The page will refresh, and the reward will be added to your cart. 

If you are not signed in with your Bandolier Rewards account, you will not see this dropdown option at Checkout.


Yes, we do offer UPS Next Day Air expedited shipping for domestic orders only for $35.

Please keep in mind that the order processing can take up to 2 days.

We offer fast and free standard shipping for orders over $150.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.

Lost packages

At Bandolier, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and any relevant details.


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within 24hrs of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please reach our to [email protected] and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt unless marked as final sale at time of purchase. Returns must include the original packing slip and items must be unused with original tags attached. A flat-rate fee of $6.00 per return shall be deducted from the refund total as a restocking fee. Please note that items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase do not qualify for returns or refunds.

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount Code'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order. Unless you are using your Rewards Points. 

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!
